Literacy and Numeracy Unit Standards – Unpacking the standards

  • Organise people into 6 groups to form “expert panels”
  • Hand out copies of standards
  • Groups read the standard
  • After completion, groups reconvene and provide a summary of the standards and how they might be assessed using naturally occurring evidence
  • Feedback
  • Give everyone a form to gather thoughts to inform feedback and instruct participants to complete online feedback
