Introduction
- Welcome, introduce self and go over aims of the cluster
- Housekeeping – roll, koha, toilets
- Introducing Jo Robertson and Siobhan Harrod
- Round Robin – name, school, position, genealogy (whakapapa)
Coffee, Tea and Afternoon Tea
BES – Unpacking the dimensions
- Organise people into tables of 8
- Handout copies of BES and direct people to page 40
- Each person allocated a number 1-8 and then moves to sit with others of their number and completes activity for their dimension
- After completion, groups reconvene and share their findings and complete their own form
- Feedback

Using BES as a Self-Review Tool
- Introduce idea that BES can be used, in a sense, as a Self-Review Tool
- Hand out BES Self-Review Tool
- Explain task and importance that only 1-3 areas are focused on for reflection and improvement
